Bailey's Irish Cream Pie

Crust
- ¼ cup butter melted
- 2 cups Oreo cookies crushed
Filling
- 16 ounces cream cheese softened
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup Irish cream liqueur
- 2 tbsp Irish cream liqueur
- 14 oz unflavored gelatin
- ¼ cup warm water
- 1 cup whipping cream whipped
- 1 oz semi-sweet chocolate square, grated or curls for garnish
Filling
Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Slowly add milk and liqueur to cheese mixture.
Sprinkle gelatin on warm water; set aside for 5 minutes to soften. Heat in microwave oven or on stove top just until gelatin dissolves.
Add dissolved gelatin to cream cheese mixture. Fold whipped cream into mixture. Pour filling into prepared springform pan. Refrigerate for about 2 hours before unmolding.
If desired, decorate top of pie with grated chocolate or chocolate curls. Pipe whipped cream on each slice before serving
