Beef and Noodles

- 2 pounds roast (or stew meat) cut into small pieces
- 1 can mushrooms
- 2 cans mushroom steak sauce
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- ½ cup water
- egg noodles cooked
Bake meat in oven with small amount of water, salt and pepper to taste. When brown and tender, add mushrooms and mushroom steak sauce. Heat to boiling and add cornstarch dissolved in 1/2 cup water.
Remove from heat and serve over cooked egg noodles.
