Beef and Tortellini Soup

- 1 pound ground beef
- 28 ounces pureed tomatoes
- 10 ½ ounces condensed French onion soup
- 9 ounces frozen green beans
- 9 ounces fresh cheese tortellini
- 1 tsp basil
- 3 ½ cups water
- 1 zucchini chopped (about 10 ounces)
In 5-quart Dutch oven or saucepot over high heat, cook ground beef, stirring frequently, until all pan juices evaporate and beef is well browned. Spoon off any excess fat.
Add tomatoes, undiluted French onion soup, green beans, tortellini, basic, and water. Over high heat, heat to boiling.
Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add zucchini; cook uncovered 10 minutes or until zucchini and tortellini are tender.
