vinegar
Instructions
Whirl in blender the eggs, salt, dry mustard, and sugar. Clean the sides and add the lemon juice.
Start blender and very slowly pour in 1/2 cup of the salad oil.
With blender running slow, add the vinegar.
Slowly add the remaining 1 1/2 cups salad oil.
Notes
This is great, especially if you run out of mayo.
