- 1 pound pork sausage
- 2 cups baking mix (Bisquick)
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup hash brown potatoes thawed (loose pack)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 400o.
Cook and stir sausage until brown. Drain.
Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms. Pat dough in bottom and up sides of 13 x 9 x 2-inch ungreased pan.
Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes and cheddar cheese.
Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper; pour over top. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake until crust is golden brown and eggs are set - approximately 20-25 minutes.
