Buster Bar Dessert

Ingredients 

Crust:

  • 1 lb oreo cookies crushed
  • ½ cup margarine melted

Middle Layer:

  • ½ gallon vanilla ice cream softened
  • 1 ½ cups peanuts

Sauce:

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ cups evaporated milk
  • cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup margarine
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Combine crust ingredients and press in 9x13-inch pan. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Spread softened ice cream on oreo crust.
  • Pour peanuts over ice cream and pat down.
  • Combine sauce ingredients (except vanilla) and boil 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Add vanilla. Cool and pour on top of peanuts.
  • Keep in freezer and enjoy!
