Chicken Burritos

- 8 chicken breasts cooked and shredded
- soft flour tortillas
- 1 ½ cups Colby cheese
- 1 ½ cups monterey jack cheese
- 1 small red onion diced
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 ½ cups sour cream
- ½ cup salsa (medium or hot)
In a bowl mix the soup, sour cream and salsa.
Spoon a little of the sauce in bottom of casserole dish.
Place a tortilla on counter. Add chicken, cheese and onion. Roll up and place in the sauce-lined dish.
Repeat.
When full, cover the burritos with remaining sauce.
Add remaining cheese to top off.
Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
