Ingredients 

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup onion chopped
  • 1 can chili beans
  • 1 Tbs chili powder
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can hominy white or yellow
  • 1 can ripe olives
  • 1 lb velveeta cheese diced

Instructions

  • Brown onions and ground beef in 2 tablespoons oil.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
