Ingredients 

  • 1 cup pineapple sections
  • 1 cup mandarin orange sections
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  • Combine all 5 ingredients in large bowl and mix until cream evenly covers other ingredients.

Notes

"This salad can be made several hours before serving time if stored in the refrigerator.  Especially good served with ham, pork, or fowl."
