warm water

Instructions
Mix first 8 ingredients together.
Soften yeast in warm water.
Add cottage cheese mixture to yeast mixture. Add flour. Mix well. Cover and let rise 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Stir down and let rise until double.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Cover with foil for the last 15 minutes.
Rub with butter and sprinkle with salt when bread comes out of oven.
Notes
May bake ahead and freeze.
