16ounceswhite American cheese(or Velveeta Queso Blanco)
½pintwhipping cream
¾cupmilk
10ouncesRotel Chipotle diced tomatoesdrained
4ounceschopped jalapenosdrained
8ouncesfrozen chopped spinachthawed and drained
4chicken bouillon cubes
1tspminced garlic
1tsponion salt
Instructions
In a 3-4 quart deep skillet or pot, melt butter and saute diced onions over medium heat until tender (approximately 5-10 minutes).
Add remaining ingredients and heat through, until everything is melted. Serve hot.
If preparing in a crock pot: Saute onions as specified above. Move onions to the crock pot. Add remaining ingredients and cook on low several hours - until ready to serve. Stir occasionally.
