green parsley

bread crumbs

bacon drippings
Instructions
Combine onion, bread, egg and milk in a blender.
Add mixture to the meat and mix well.
Season with salt, pepper and parsley.
Form 8 burgers.
Roll in bread crumbs.
Fry in hot bacon drippings on medium high heat until golden brown.
Place in 325° oven for 15 minutes.
Notes
This is a recipe from a German friend. I serve the hamburgers with the Golden Potato Wedges.
