Brown meat, chop it up and add basil, salt, tomato's and tomato paste.
Cook noodles.
Combine cottage cheese, Parmesan, eggs, salt, pepper and parsley.
Put a layer of noodles on the bottom of the pan, then cover with 1/2 of the cottage cheese, 1/2 mozzarella and 1/3 meat.
Then repeat. End with a layer of noodles on the top followed by the remaining meat.
Cook @ 375 until internal temperature reaches at least 160 degrees. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
