Ingredients

shortening
melted

egg
beaten

flour
Instructions
Dissolve yeast in water, set aside.
Pour melted shortening over sugar and mix. Add beaten egg and yeast mixture.
Stir in flour and salt. Let rise 2 hours.
Mold into buns and let rise about double in size. Bake in hot oven 400
o
until golden brown.
