Ingredients 

  • 2 lbs hamburger
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 pkg chili seasoning
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 pounds Velveeta

Instructions

  • Brown hamburger and onion; drain. Place in 2 or 2.5 quart casserole.
  • Add mushroom soup and chili seasoning; mix well.
  • Cube or chunk Velveeta and place in casserole. Microwave on high, stirring every 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted and blended good.
  • Serve with nacho chips

Notes

This always goes over good in a crowd, especially in the teacher's lounge!
