- 1 bunch fresh broccoli
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 can pitted ripe olives
- 1 cucumber
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 small bottle Viva Italian dressing
- cherry tomatoes
Cut flowerets of broccoli and cauliflower into bite-size pieces. Chop green onions, including tops. Slice cucumber and other vegetables into large bowl. Pour Italian dressing over all. Stir or shake several times. Chill. Add tomatoes right before serving. Can be made the night before serving
Other vegetables if desired: zucchini, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, carrots
