Brown onion in hot fat; add tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and seasoning.
Cook slowly one hour.
Combine remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly.
Form in small balls; brown in hot fat.
Add to sauce and cook over low heat 15 minutes.
