Ingredients 

Salad

  • 1 head Napa cabbage chopped
  • 5 green onions chopped
  • 1 can water chestnuts drained
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 pkgs Chicken Ramen Noodles broken into pieces

Dressing

  • 3 Tbs vegetable oil
  • Chicken flavoring from noodle packet
  • 3 Tbs sugar
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • 2 Tbs sesame oil
  • 1 Tbs Soy Sauce
  • tsp ginger

Instructions

  • Mix vegetable oil, chicken flavoring, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce and ginger.
  • Toast the noodles and almonds slightly.
  • Combine dressing with cabbage, onions, and chestnuts.
  • Just before serving, add the toasted almonds and noodels. Toss lightly.
