Salad
- 1 head Napa cabbage chopped
- 5 green onions chopped
- 1 can water chestnuts drained
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 2 pkgs Chicken Ramen Noodles broken into pieces
Dressing
- 3 Tbs vegetable oil
- Chicken flavoring from noodle packet
- 3 Tbs sugar
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 2 Tbs sesame oil
- 1 Tbs Soy Sauce
- ⅛ tsp ginger
Mix vegetable oil, chicken flavoring, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce and ginger.
Toast the noodles and almonds slightly.
Combine dressing with cabbage, onions, and chestnuts.
Just before serving, add the toasted almonds and noodels. Toss lightly.
