Dough
- 1 pkg yeast
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 Tbs salad oil
- 2 ½ cups flour
Sauce
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 8 oz can tomato sauce
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp minced garlic
- ⅛ tsp pepper
Topping
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp oregano
- cooked meat any type
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Heat oven to 425°.
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Stir in remaining dough ingredients; beat vigorously about 20 strokes. Allow dough to rest about 5 minutes.
Mix sauce ingredients.
Pat dough into a pizza pan or cookie sheet.
Spread on sauce, parmesan cheese, oregano, meat and then mozzarella cheese.
Bake 20-25 minutes.
