Ingredients 

Dough

  • 1 pkg yeast
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 Tbs salad oil
  • 2 ½ cups flour

Sauce

  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • tsp minced garlic
  • tsp pepper

Topping

  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • cooked meat any type
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 425°.
  • Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  • Stir in remaining dough ingredients; beat vigorously about 20 strokes. Allow dough to rest about 5 minutes.
  • Mix sauce ingredients.
  • Pat dough into a pizza pan or cookie sheet.
  • Spread on sauce, parmesan cheese, oregano, meat and then mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes.
