Pumpkin Cake

- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup salad oil
- 2 cups flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups pumpkin unseasoned
Cream Cheese Icing
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Beat eggs. Add sugar and salad oil. Add flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda to egg mixture. Add pumpkin. Blend well. Pour into sheet cake pan that has been greased and floured (or Bundt pan). Bake at 350° until done.
