Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 cup flour
  • 5 Tbs powdered sugar
  • ½ cup margarine

Filling

  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups rhubarb chopped

Instructions

Crust

  • Blend together and press in 7 1/2 x 11-inch greased pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

Filling

  • Mix filling ingredients together and spoon over crust. Bake additional 35 minutes.
