Bar
- ½ cup butter
- 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate optional
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup pecans chopped
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs large
Filling
- 6 ounces cream cheese softened
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- ¼ cup butter softened
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ¼ cup pecans chopped
- 6 ounces chocolate chips
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
Frosting
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate
- 2 ounces cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 ½ cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¼ cup pecans chopped (optional)
Make Frosting
Over low flame in large saucepan, melt 1/4 cup butter, 1 ounce chocolate, remaining 2 ounces cream cheese, and milk. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Immediately pour over marshmallows and swirl together. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup chopped pecans, if desired. Store in refrigerator. Cut into squares.
