Strawberry Bread

- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs well beaten
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 20 oz strawberries thawed
- 1 cup pecans optional
Mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon together.
Add sugar, eggs, and oil. Mix well.
Add strawberries and pecans. Beat well until strawberries are broken up.
Bake at 350o for 1 hour in 2 large greased and floured loaf pans. Freezes well.
