Strawberry Bread

Ingredients 

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs well beaten
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 20 oz strawberries thawed
  • 1 cup pecans optional

Instructions

  • Mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon together.
  • Add sugar, eggs, and oil.  Mix well.
  • Add strawberries and pecans.  Beat well until strawberries are broken up.
  • Bake at 350o for 1 hour in 2 large greased and floured loaf pans.  Freezes well.
