1(9-inch) graham cracker crumb crust or baked pastry shell
8ozcream cheesesoftened
14ozsweetened condensed milk
⅔cupfrozen strawberry daiquiri mixthawed (1 can)
2Tbslight rum
red food coloringoptional
1cupwhipping creamwhipped
Instructions
In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Stir in daiquiri mix, rum and food coloring if desired. Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into prepared crust. Chill or freeze 4 hours or until firm.
Garnish as desired. Refrigerate or freeze leftovers.
Notes
I made this pie but had Pina Colada mix, so I used that and it was delicious. I also used 2 cups Cool Whip instead of the whipping cream and added 1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained. I guess it could be called Pina Colada Pie.
