Ingredients 

  • 3 ounces strawberry gelatin
  • 1 ½ cups hot water
  • 20 ounces crushed pineapple drained
  • 12 to 15 fresh strawberries
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream softened

Instructions

  • Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
  • Add ice cream, stirring slowly until completely melted.
  • Add drained pineapple.
  • Chill until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
  • Fold in strawberries.
