Brown ground beef Drain. Add onion, green pepper and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes.
Stir in tomato paste, water, parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, rosemary and sage. Simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. (Filling can be made ahead and stored in refrigerator or freezer.)
Cut bread lengthwise leaving about 2/3 of bread below cut. Scoop out center. (Leftover bread can be used to make bread crumbs.)
Line shell with mozzarella. Fill with heated meat mixture. Cover with more mozzarella and replace top of bread.
Wrap securely in foil. Bake in preheated 400° oven 6-10 minutes.
Using serrated knife, cut into 2-inch slices.
