lemon juice

soy sauce
Instructions
Separate wings at joints; discard tips.
Brown in oven for 30 minutes at 400°, turning once.
Combine all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes.
Glaze the browned wings and bake for 40 minutes, or until tender, at 325°.
Notes
I decrease amount of sugar to 2/3 cup, and ginger to 1/4 teaspoon.
