Wanda's Taco Salad 1 1/2 pounds hamburger3 tomatoes (cut up)1 can kidney beans (drained)1 cup cheese (shredded)1 head lettuce1 pkg plain Doritos (crushed)Dressing1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing (mixed as directed)1/2 bottle Italian salad dressing Brown hamburger, drain. Place in bowl.Add tomatoes, beans, cheese, and lettuce in layers.Just before serving, add dressing and chips. Toss.
Tortellini Salad 9 ounces cheese tortellini (cooked and cooled)1 cup ham (julienned)3/4 cup frozen baby peas (thawed)1/2 cup swiss cheese (cubed)2 tbsp green onions (minced)1 tbsp parsley (minced)2 cups ranch salad dressing Toss all ingredients together in a bowl. Chill. I use 1/2 of the amount of dressing called for.
Big Six Fruit Salad 1 can peach pie filling1 can chunk pineapple (drained)1 can mandarin oranges (drained)1 cup pecan halves3 bananas (sliced)1/4 cup shredded coconut Mix together and chill.
