Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound pork sausage
  • 2 cups baking mix (Bisquick)
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup hash brown potatoes thawed (loose pack)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 400o.
  • Cook and stir sausage until brown.  Drain.
  • Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms.  Pat dough in bottom and up sides of 13 x 9 x 2-inch ungreased pan.
  • Spoon sausage over crust.  Sprinkle with potatoes and cheddar cheese.
  • Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper; pour over top.  Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • Bake until crust is golden brown and eggs are set - approximately 20-25 minutes.
