Breakfast Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 2 cups baking mix (Bisquick)
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup hash brown potatoes thawed (loose pack)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400o.
- Cook and stir sausage until brown. Drain.
- Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms. Pat dough in bottom and up sides of 13 x 9 x 2-inch ungreased pan.
- Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes and cheddar cheese.
- Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper; pour over top. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake until crust is golden brown and eggs are set - approximately 20-25 minutes.
