Caramel Corn
Ingredients
- 2 gallons popcorn popped
- 2 cups brown sugar
- ½ cup white corn syrup
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Bring sugar, syrup, and oleo to boil. Do not stir, boil 5 minutes.
- Take off heat and add vanilla and baking soda and stir until foamy.
- Pour in 200-250° oven. Bake one hour, stirring several times.
