Chicken Burritos

Ingredients
  

  • 8 chicken breasts cooked and shredded
  • soft flour tortillas
  • 1 ½ cups Colby cheese
  • 1 ½ cups monterey jack cheese
  • 1 small red onion diced
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 ½ cups sour cream
  • ½ cup salsa (medium or hot)

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl mix the soup, sour cream and salsa.
  • Spoon a little of the sauce in bottom of casserole dish.
  • Place a tortilla on counter. Add chicken, cheese and onion. Roll up and place in the sauce-lined dish.
  • Repeat.
  • When full, cover the burritos with remaining sauce.
  • Add remaining cheese to top off.
  • Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
