Cinnamon Rolls - Doughnuts

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pkg yeast
  • ½ cup warm water
  • 1 stick butter or margarine melted
  • ½ cup sugar (1 cup for doughnuts)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk lukewarm
  • 7 cups flour
  • 2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  • Mix butter or margarine and sugar.
  • Add eggs, yeast, milk and 2 cups of the flour. Beat until smooth.
  • Add rest of flour and the salt.
  • Mix together and knead until dough is not so sticky.
  • Put into greased bowl. Let rise until double, push down and let rise again.
  • Make into rolls, let rise and bake in a 350° oven for approximately 30 minutes.
