Cinnamon Rolls - Doughnuts
Ingredients
- 2 pkg yeast
- ½ cup warm water
- 1 stick butter or margarine melted
- ½ cup sugar (1 cup for doughnuts)
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk lukewarm
- 7 cups flour
- 2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Mix butter or margarine and sugar.
- Add eggs, yeast, milk and 2 cups of the flour. Beat until smooth.
- Add rest of flour and the salt.
- Mix together and knead until dough is not so sticky.
- Put into greased bowl. Let rise until double, push down and let rise again.
- Make into rolls, let rise and bake in a 350° oven for approximately 30 minutes.
