Mac Davis Dip
Ingredients
- 2 lbs hamburger
- 1 onion diced
- 1 pkg chili seasoning
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 pounds Velveeta
Instructions
- Brown hamburger and onion; drain. Place in 2 or 2.5 quart casserole.
- Add mushroom soup and chili seasoning; mix well.
- Cube or chunk Velveeta and place in casserole. Microwave on high, stirring every 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted and blended good.
- Serve with nacho chips

This always goes over good in a crowd, especially in the teacher's lounge!
