Pasta Salad Alatorre
Ingredients
- 4 cups pasta noodles cooked and rinsed
- 2 cups broccoli chopped
- 2 cups cauliflower chopped
- 2 cups ham chopped
- 2 cups monterey jack cheese
- 16 oz ranch dip
- paprika
Instructions
- Toss noodels, broccoli, cauliflower, ham, and cheese with ranch dip.
- Sprinkle paprika over the top.
Notes
I use sour cream and dry packet mix for ranch dip. Add 2 tablespoons or more of mayonnaise or salad dressing to dip than it calls for.
