Rhubarb Dessert
Ingredients
Crust
- 1 cup flour
- 5 Tbs powdered sugar
- ½ cup margarine
Filling
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- ¼ cup flour
- ¾ tsp salt
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups rhubarb chopped
Instructions
Crust
- Blend together and press in 7 1/2 x 11-inch greased pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
Filling
- Mix filling ingredients together and spoon over crust. Bake additional 35 minutes.
