Spaghetti Beef Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ lbs hamburger
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 28 ounces tomatoes cut up (1-quart)
  • 15 ounces tomato sauce
  • 4 ounces canned mushrooms
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • cup parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cook hamburger, onion, and garlic; drain.
  • Stir in everything but spaghetti and cheese.
  • Boil separately 25 minutes.
  • Cook spaghetti; combine with above.
  • Pour one half in casserole dish, add mozarella cheese, add remaining mixture and top with parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
