Cheese Ball

Ingredients 

  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ lb sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • 2 tsp onion grated or minced
  • 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp seasoned salt
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 ¼ oz can deviled ham
  • 2 Tbs stuffed olives chopped
  • 2 tsp parsley chopped
  • 2 tsp pimento chopped
  • ½ cup pecans chopped

Instructions

  • Mix all together, except pecans. Refrigerate mixture until firm and can be formed into a ball. Roll in chopped nuts, coating outside of ball. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Notes

Recipe was given to me by Dave Bronson when I worked at Wards.  It's very good!  Can be made in food processor.
