- 6 ounces lime gelatin
- 1 can lemon pudding
- 2 cups diced apples
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups hot water. Stir in 1 1/2 cups cold water. Chill until almost set.
In mixing bowl, combine pudding and chilled gelatin. Beat 2 minutes with mixer.
Stir in apples and walnuts. Pour into mold and let set.
