- 7 oz water-packed albacore tuna drained (or shrimp or crabmeat)
- 1 ½ cups sour cream (12 ounces)
- ⅓ cup picante sauce
- 7 ounces Italian salad dressing mix (dry mix)
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup black olives sliced (optional)
Place seafood in mixing bowl, break up finely with fork.
Add remaining ingredients except olives, mix well. Chill.
Garnish with olives and additional picante sauce, if desired. Serve with crackers, chips or raw vegetables.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups of dip.
