Ingredients 

  • 7 oz water-packed albacore tuna drained (or shrimp or crabmeat)
  • 1 ½ cups sour cream (12 ounces)
  • cup picante sauce
  • 7 ounces Italian salad dressing mix (dry mix)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup black olives sliced (optional)

Instructions

  • Place seafood in mixing bowl, break up finely with fork.
  • Add remaining ingredients except olives, mix well. Chill.
  • Garnish with olives and additional picante sauce, if desired. Serve with crackers, chips or raw vegetables.
  • Makes about 2 1/2 cups of dip.
