Blender Mayonnaise

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cups salad oil divided
  • 2 tbsp vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Whirl in blender the eggs, salt, dry mustard, and sugar.  Clean the sides and add the lemon juice.
  • Start blender and very slowly pour in 1/2 cup of the salad oil.
  • With blender running slow, add the vinegar.
  • Slowly add the remaining 1 1/2 cups salad oil.

Notes

This is great, especially if you run out of mayo.
