Blender Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cups salad oil divided
- 2 tbsp vinegar
Instructions
- Whirl in blender the eggs, salt, dry mustard, and sugar. Clean the sides and add the lemon juice.
- Start blender and very slowly pour in 1/2 cup of the salad oil.
- With blender running slow, add the vinegar.
- Slowly add the remaining 1 1/2 cups salad oil.
Notes
This is great, especially if you run out of mayo.
