Jiffy Chocolate Frosting
Ingredients
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup powdered sugar sifted
- ⅓ cup evaporated milk
Instructions
- Melt chips over hot, not boiling, water. Remove from heat.
- Add sugar and evaporated milk alternately to the melted chocolate. Beat until smooth and satiny.
